Emmaus Baked Chicken That Makes It's Own Gravy

6 lg. chicken breasts
¼ cup flour
¼ cup melted butter
2/3 cup (small can) evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated process cheese
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups cooked whole onions (can use just onion flakes for some flavor)
¼ lb. sliced mushrooms
dash of paprika

Coat chicken with flour, arrange in single layer in baking dish. Bake uncovered @425º for 30 min. Turn and cook until brown, 15-20 minutes longer. Remove from oven; reduce temperature to 325º. Add onions and mushrooms. Combine evaporated milk, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil. Continue baking for 15-20 min.
