1 cup rice
6 - 8 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans milk + water (i.e. 1 milk + 1 water or 2 milk or 2 water)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Put rice in casserole and lay chicken on top of it. Pour mixture of soup and liquid over chicken. Bake uncovered @ 350° for 1 hour.
