Meal-in-a-Bowl Chicken Soup

6 cups chicken broth
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen, fresh, or canned corn
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
1 cup pasta twists, shells, or bowties
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Bring broth to a boil. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cover and cook until tender (8 -10 minutes). Add peas, corn, and chicken; cover and cook 4-5 minutes longer. Stir in pasta and parsley; cook until pasta is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
