1 lb. ground beef
Lasagna noodles
32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
½ cup water
Brown meat; add sauce and ½ cup water. Simmer 30 minutes. Layer: Sauce, uncooked noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and top with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover. Bake 1 hour @ 350º. (Miss Beverly's recipe.)
