
Topping:
½ cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla, 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Blend. Add the other cup flour and blend. Add sour cream. Pour ½ the batter in a greased tube or bundt pan. Add ½ the topping. Pour remaining batter on top and add remaining topping. Bake @ 350º for 50-55 minutes. Freezes well. (Meredith & Diane bake this for neighbors at Christmas.
