4 cups Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese - grated
Let cheese and sausage get to room temperature. Work all ingredients together with hands until completely blended. Roll into balls the size of marbles. Put on lightly greased (Pam) cookie sheet. Bake @ 325° for 18 minutes.
